Within the scope of our cooperation with Endeavor Turkey since 2015, we carry out training and mentoring programs for three different target audiences.
We organize “CaseCampus Online BootCamp Program” for young people considering and thinking entrepreneurship as a career option, “StartUpCampus Online Entrepreneurship Program” for entrepreneurs who have selected entrepreneurship as a career path, founded their companies, or introduced to the market and realized first sales of their early-stage product, and, finally, “ScaleUp Entrepreneurship Program” for entrepreneurs who founded their enterprises but are in search of gaining momentum to achieve their globalization and scaling up objectives.
Moreover, in 2020, we, as Akbank, met more than 20 enterprises at the Endeavor Connect program organized by Endeavor with the support of IDA (Istanbul Development Agency) and with the partnership of TÜRKONFED (Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation). We had meetings for 28 potential collaborations. We carried out collaboration works with the enterprise with which we were matched within the program.
CaseCampus Online BootCamp Program
Held online in 2020 due to the pandemic, CaseCampus BootCamp allowed us to meet 75 young entrepreneur candidates. In this project, in the light of the principle of “no training can be as didactic and instructional as a ‘case’ in life”, we offered an innovative education and training opportunity to participants through real stories of the leading exemplary entrepreneurs of Turkey. The program covers 3rd- and 4th-year university students and post-graduate students aged below 30 and young people who graduated from said study programs in the last five years, considering and thinking entrepreneurship as a career option, and is bringing them together with successful “Endeavor Entrepreneurs” in brand-new, innovative and applied education and networking environments.
StartUpCampus Online Entrepreneurship Program
StartUpCampus Program is a program of 10 weeks organized for entrepreneurs below 35 years of age who have selected entrepreneurship as a career path, founded their companies, or introduced to the market and realized first sales of their early-stage product. In StartUpCampus Program, selected entrepreneurs take part in the mentorship process through training and workshop activities along their path to grow their businesses. In 2020, a total of 13 entrepreneurs made use of this program.
ScaleUp Ankara Entrepreneurship Program
With ScaleUp Ankara Program, we supported 13 R&D, intensive and advanced level enterprises, through vertical and strategy-focused workshops and one-on-one consultancy for their needs for three months. Through this program, we also supported the relevant enterprises in reaching their goals of globalization and scaling up by bringing them together with Endeavor’s local and global network. We also continue to hold meetings on issues that we can work closely with these 13 enterprises accepted into the program.
